The mission for the weekend was to create a garden out the front of the office and add a covered awning to the entrance. It all needs painting but should make the front a little nicer…

Dad’s big lift…
Getting there! Pushed 10kg higher to a few reps at 90kg today! that’s two Jacksons on each arm! Feeling pretty fit at 40, but want to push to 100kg in the next month or so… Not too bad considering I started 6 months ago and could hardly lift 40kg!
20kg bar + 70kg weights! Not bad for an oldie!
Day at the Derby!
When we saw an ad in the paper for a ‘Combine Harvester Demolition Derby’ we just had to go!! It was just a great day out with the kids. They totally loved it!

Jack’s new ramp!
After the visit form the Auckland Stones, it became apparent that Jack had outgrown his smaller ramp. So we popped down to the workshop and within 30 mins had rebuilt it about 15cm higher and put bracing on it (for Dad). Goes great now, perfect size for him. Check out these jumps!
Julian’s 40th bash!
Some random photos from my 40th today. Was a great day, perfect weather, good friends and heaps of fun. The kids had a ball! Nice to have the Pakuranga Stones visit and looking forward to seeing the Howick Stones at Christmas!
